I'm struggling with the good old "What's today's date?" problem. To debug it, I has an assistant with simply the following prompt:

Today's date and time is {{“now” | date: "%A, %B %d, %Y", “America/San_Francisco”}}

And I ask it "What's today's date?" It responds "Today's date is Thursday, October 5th 2023" What am I doing wrong?
