Hi, I have an outbound ai calling agent . I have added the ivr navigation function in it by using dtmf tool. It presses button rapidly without listening to the full menu. I have added this in the prompt that do not press randomly but still it is ignoring all this and pressing button randomly whatever he listen. If anyone has faced such an issue and solved it please guide me.
