Same problem.

Think this may be an outage. All my web calls are ending immediately with the reason: call.in-progress.error-assistant-did-not-receive-customer-audio. This is for all assistants including ones which were working yesterday

Yes, I had one call connect successfully a few minutes ago, but the vast majority are still failing to start

Hello, I am facing this issue from a couple of days. The web call starts and ends automatically within 10 secs. I tried changing model providers and transcribers but nothing is working. From our logs, we are seeing this error:

call.in-progress.error-assistant-did-not-receive-customer-audio

Because this is a web call, you may have to switch web browsers to allow microphone permissions for using vapi.ai. Also, if you would like to test this, please make a phone call to your assistant. If your assistant responds, your issue lies within the web calls and microphone permissions.
