Error Message: "Access denied: Invalid Azure API key or endpoint. Please check that your Azure OpenAI key and endpoint are correct, and that your subscription is active. Remove the OCP-APIM-Subscription-Key Header if you are not using Azure API Management." My Configuration: Provider: Azure OpenAI Region: swedencentral Models: gpt-4.1-2025-04-14 OpenAI Endpoint: https://artemina.openai.azure.com/openai/deployments/gpt-4.1-2025-04-14/chat/completions?api-version=2025-01-01-preview OpenAI Key: [valid key from Azure Portal Keys and Endpoint section] OCP-APIM-Subscription-Key: [left blank as recommended] What I've Verified: My Azure OpenAI resource is active and deployed in Sweden Central The deployment "gpt-4.1-2025-04-14" exists and is running successfully I can access the model directly through Azure AI Foundry I'm using the base endpoint URL format as specified in your documentation The API key is copied correctly from Azure Portal > Keys and Endpoint My Azure subscription is active The credentials work fine when testing directly in Azure, but Vapi cannot validate them.
