Hi Vitor, I was initially also working on a Vapi + Twilio project in Brazil. I never encountered this issue. I no longer use Twilio; instead, I'm using a Brazilian telecom company. One idea: try creating a new test agent to determine whether the issue is with the Vapi or Twilio configuration.
