Hi team, I need to enable PCI compliance for my account. As in the UAE, we are not allowed to store any data outside the UAE, I need to host all the data and redirect it towards my AWS S3 bucket. Please let me know if this is still available, as your support team has informed me that PCI is currently not available. Please update me as it is very urgent.

This is very frustrating indeed! We have the same problem and are unable to enable it. Support is super slow to respond as well unfortunately

We are currently working on getting PCI compliance up to date, so it is not available during this time. HIPAA is the best way currently to ensure that no data is stored on our servers. Let us know how you would like to proceed

Do you have a timeline for when you will bring PCI back? We are a small startup and 1k/month just for not storing data with you is too much for us

There is no ETA on when PCI will be available on our platform, but it has been requested by a handful of customers. If it does become available, the changelog will note this detail clearly.
