I’ve noticed this before, their dashboard isn’t the most stable. Since we built our own app on top of Vapi’s API, it doesn’t impact us much. Honestly, anyone serious in this space should create a custom backend and connect it to Vapi via API. That way, even if Vapi experiences issues, you still maintain a high level of control.
