I'm thinking this is on the vapi side because i've never had an problem using this before but today it's not working. I tried multiple browsers, logging out and back in, and nothing seems to be helping it. thanks

The last time this problem occurred, it was possible to get around the problem by changing the channel, but this time that isn't solving it.

Hey! To help track down this issue, could you share:

\- The call ID

\- When exactly this happened (the timestamp)

\- What response you expected to get

\- What response you actually got instead

This would really help us figure out what went wrong!
