Is it possible to have tools while making transient(calls without a specified agent from our vapi dashboard) calls? I tried adding the transfer call tool into the api request for making an outbound call and it gave me this error. Error making outbound call: Error: VAPI API Error: 400 Bad Request - assistant.property tools should not exist
