Yeah, you can set idle messages in other languages, but the Dashboard Agent handles it a bit differently than when you do it with the SDK or cURL. You’ll need to tweak the agent settings and make sure the locale is set up right. Are you trying to set just one extra language or switch based on the user’s locale?
