essentially the use-case I'm talking about here is... we are making ai agents transfer calls to human reps once the customer is qualified, but once transferred, vapi no longer has "visibility" to the call status since it's handled by twilio afterwards - we want twilio to hit our api once the call is finished so we have confirmation the call has been completed. To my understanding we need to embed this into the initial payload when vapi send the transfers request to twilio, no?
