Hello everyone, I have a question about something I've been experiencing and I'm hoping someone else has dealt with this. My agents pronounce numbers correctly, and I even use num2words to format them in natural language, which works great. However, when the interaction between agents and users extends beyond 3-4 paragraphs, the agents start saying the numbers in English and as digits, like 1-0-0-0 instead of "one thousand," especially when asked to reconfirm them.
