Always asking for Verification

09/04/2025, 12:19 AMHi VAPI, we purchased a paid plan 2 weeks ago. After a couple of days we are no longer able to login as we always being asked to verify our identity. We have not used VAPI for almost a week now because of this issue.

The issue of verification has happened to us more than 4x already with the last one taking a week before getting resolved. Is there a way for us to prevent this in the future?
