Have any of you worked on advanced appointment setting bots for scheduling, rescheduling and cancelling appointments across different GHL calendars? Because that is what I am working on currently and having hell of a time doing it. I have tried different models 4.1, 4o mini cluster, gpt 5 (before latency became 1500ms) and for whatever reason the system does not work reliably more than 80% of the time. Would someone be kind enough to lend a pair of eyes to help me with this. I am starting to believe that AI voice agents are not as mature as youtube gurus would have you believe or maybe I am just way off in my approach. Idk.
