are you using single prompt ? gpt 4.1 has been pretty reliable for me...and did something months ago for scheduling and rescheduling stuff with calendly and currently havent any issue with building booking agents. Have been doing something recently for booking meetings between different microsoft calendars too .. Appoiment setting should be completely in relams of what voice agents can do from my exp
