Has anyone had an issue with dynamic call transfers dropping on tool trigger? I'm using the PATCH update tool API to dynamically update the call transfer number via Make.com to one of the free vapi numbers however, when the call transfer tool is executed the call immediately ends after 2 seconds (no ringing) Any ideas where I might start looking first for the potential reasoning behind this? I'm calling into the agent through openphone since Ik transfers don't work via web
