Hey, I am running outbound campaigns, but when I run the agent, it only calls 10 leads and then stops, the rest are not called even though I have a lot more numbers in the file and they show up at the start when add the file. this is the campaign id: f3b35e41-63f1-4ed9-bd7a-059f98f9f041

Hmm, that usually happens when the campaign is capped at the concurrency limit or the leads aren’t getting sequenced after the first batch. yea sure I'd really appreciate that, how do I change the campaign settings so that it doesn't cap at the concurreny limit, i mean shouldn't it call all the leads in the file batch by batch as soon as the concurreny slots free up
