HIPAA Enabled Call Recordings in Cloud Storage
# support

I have a HIPAA enabled assistant in an organization with Azure blob storage configured. Per instructions [here](https://vapi.ai/community/m/1386818389023920219), I've configured the cloud storage provider under "Integrations" and I updated the assistant's
artifactPlan.recordingEnabled
property to be set to
true
. I tried this both with a
recordingPath
set and unset. I am getting logs and traces for calls in my Azure blob storage container as expected, but I'm not getting call recordings. Can I get confirmation of the ability to obtain call recordings in a third party HIPAA compliant cloud storage solution with the assistant being HIPAA-enabled along with some configuration and troubleshooting steps to start ingesting these recordings?

Thank you for the detailed context. Since you are seeing logs and traces but not call recordings in your Azure blob storage, could you confirm if you have set up and saved the provider credentials for your Azure storage under the "Provider Credentials" section in the Vapi dashboard? This is required for HIPAA-enabled assistants to upload recordings to custom storage ([documentation reference](https://docs.vapi.ai/call-recording#custom-storage-bucket)). If you have already done this, please let me know if you see any errors or warnings in the Vapi dashboard related to recording uploads. This has been successfully configured, and the documentation reference you linked gives a 404.
