🚀 Lead Voice AI Engineer (Part-Time → Full-Time) Company: My Office Experts (MOE) We build done-for-you voice AI primarily for the home service industry (plumbing, HVAC, appliance, electrical) and also serve medical clients requiring HIPAA compliance. Our mission: bring enterprise-level AI to small businesses that normally couldn’t afford or implement it themselves. We’re hiring a Lead Voice AI Engineer. This starts as a part-time, paid trial—if you deliver high-quality results, you’ll transition into a full-time leadership role. What You’ll Do: Build & deploy voice AI call flows on Vapi. Integrate with CRMs, GoHighLevel, schedulers, and APIs (webhooks required). Optimize latency, retries, call queueing, handoffs for high-volume environments. Ensure compliance (A2P, SB-140, HIPAA) is embedded in workflows. Document processes & develop scalable best practices. Requirements: Experience with Vapi (must). Strong webhook/API integration skills (must). Knowledge of telephony concepts (routing, SIP, Twilio, WebRTC). Proven ability to design robust call flows (logic, retries, handoffs, data capture). Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms (plus). Coding skills (JS/Node/Python) are a bonus, not required. HIPAA compliance knowledge (plus).
