09/12/2025, 9:17 AMI'm having the same problem I've seen other posts sharing about, but haven't seen what the fix is. I tried on incognito mode too but the issue persists.
I'm completely locked out of my account so can't move on any further, I can't do any work without this account!

09/12/2025, 9:39 AMIf there are issues with the verification feature, I would really appreciate if the VAPI team can disable the feature temporarily to be able to fix and then brings it back online when it works. At the moment I am practically locked out of my account.

09/12/2025, 10:14 AMI've realised that I am able to log into the account with you google oauth still, I previously used username and password so it may be that part is whats down atm

09/12/2025, 10:27 AMYeh I don't think I ever logged in with my google account. Although I am finding now that I am getting key errors whenever I try to use these agents, so I don't think we are truly within the account

09/13/2025, 3:39 PMThanks, that has worked! Although it hasn't resolved the agent creation 'key doesn't allow assistant' issue I am getting which is still stopping me from creating any client work.
