Hey everyone, I have an AI agent and part of what it does is capture user's full names and repeat it back to them letter by letter. Now based on the transcript and the audio recordings, the name is spelt correctly and transcribed correctly. But for whatever reason, when the full name variable is sent to a webhook, it can sometimes be one or two letters off. Does anyone know why this happens and how I can fix it?
