I'm having an issue with warm-assisted transfers. -The agent is using twilio on the inbound (to the agent). SIP Trunk. -The transfer tool has a destination phone number +1NNNNNNNNNN -The transfer tool is configured warm transfer - experimental -Within twilio logs, i see the first leg of the call (no issues) -Within twilio logs, i see the second leg of the call. This one shows as failed, it shows the Direction: Trunking Originating, From number (number i called the agent front) To: sip:+124NNNNNNNN@54.172.60.1:5060 -PCAP shows a 403 forbidden; however the To: endpoint of 54.x is the twilio SIP endpoint; What am i doing wrong?
