Has anyone figured out how to get real support? I am willing to pay for dedicated support - even tried to go sign up for "Enterprise" and it just basically says "use self-service". This is a platform that people are building businesses on - it needs REAL support modes. There are so many bugs, issues where the docs don't match the UI, features appear/disappear, and without support it's so incredibly frustrating. Does anyone know how to get in touch with someone for dedidated paid support??
