Sometimes our agent, when trasnferring a call, says something like this: "Transferring the call, function, Transfer call tool 5 as destination." So, it seems that the instruction to engage the transfer call tool is sometimes being read as part of the transcript. Has anyone else encountered this? And how did you solve?
