Hey folks, Wondering is anyone has seen this issue with server URLs or this is an expected behavior. I have a server URL configured for an assistant. But the server URL only seems to get events when a call is picked (including status-updates). When the call is not picked (customer-busy, customer-did-not-answer) , I do not get any hits on the server URL. I need this so that I can queue a retry later. Any tips/suggestions?
