my agent is cutting off so many words when its initally greeting someone so for example if i the first message set as "Thanks for calling Mike Attorneys office how can i help you ?" its only going to say "Calling Mike Attorneys office how can i help you" its so annoying ive tried changing the start speaking plan nothing happened in fact the longer i set it to the more words it cut off i tried adding period to the beginning of the first message so the AI knows to wait a second before talking still nothing ive seen other people complain about this so please fix this por favor please my business is depending on this

I’ve seen this happen before, it’s usually about how the greeting starts and when the voice kicks in. I can help you set it so the first words don’t get cut off, either by adjusting the start delay or reworking the greeting setup.
