That error means the ElevenLabs voice you picked was either deleted or disabled by the creator, so it’s no longer available through the API. There’s no way to “message” the voice owner directly from ElevenLabs. Best bet is: Switch to a different voice that’s still active in your ElevenLabs account. Or, if the voice came from a shared/marketplace voice, you’ll need to pick another one since you can’t restore it yourself.
