I'm using assistant-based transfer to forward a call to a landline, but if no one picks up, the caller stays on hold music for over 2 minutes. The transfer assistant never triggers the transferCancel tool to cancel the transfer and return the call back to the assistant. I’ve tried adjusting maxDurationSeconds and silenceTimeoutSeconds, but they have no effect. I also tested using normaltransfer and warmtransfer. In those cases, if no one picks up, the call does return to the assistant, which is good — but during the transfer, there's no hold audio at all. If I transfer to a cell phone, I hear the standard ringing (the “doo-doo” sound), but when transferring to this landline, there's complete silence, even when I add a hold audio file. So right now, it seems I can’t achieve both of these things together: Have hold music during the transfer Return the call to the assistant if no one picks up Is this issue caused by the landline? Or is there any way to make both features work together?
