yeah this is kinda a current limitation tbh assistant transfer gives you hold music but won’t kick back, normal/warm transfer kicks back but no proper hold audio. the silence is prob just the landline/carrier not sending ringback. only hack rn is to fake hold audio yourself if you want both.
