I’d prefer for the call to continue from where the assistant left off rather than restarting a new flow. I’ve tested this using warm transfer / normal transfer, and I also added a custom hold music layer. With assistant-based warm transfer, the audio layer works fine. However, with warm transfer / normal transfer, although the call correctly returns to the main assistant and continues the conversation from the previous point, the hold music does not play at all. The user only hears complete silence, so they have no indication that the call is actually in transfer. Even if I don’t add custom hold music, the result is the same — silence. This is the main issue I’m struggling with. Do you have any suggestion? Maybe I should try different transfer hold music?
