09/30/2025, 4:59 PMAs reported by multiple people, the Integration with Google Calendar (for Tools "google_calendar_check_availability_tool" and "google_calendar_tool") are failing, with an obscure "Missing Nango configuration for tool type: google.calendar.availability.check" error.

Expected: An authenticated tool call to the integrated Google calendar
Actual: Mysterious "Nango error"
Note that the Integrations are connected, with proper scope, but Vapi insists on showing "Connected" (as opposed to "Disconnect")
The Tools are set up. Their payload is not failing
The authentication is clearly failing. Please advise a fix or workaround.

To help pinpoint the issue, could you confirm if you completed the Google Calendar OAuth2 authorization flow by clicking "Connect" under Dashboard > Provider Keys > Tools Provider > Google Calendar and following all prompts until access was granted? This step is required for the Nango configuration to be set up correctly according to the documentation.
If you have already done this, please let me know so I can suggest the next steps.

However -- you (Vapi) have no "Nango configuration" documented. So if "Nango configuration" needs to be set up properly, please provide explicit documentation with respect to Nango configuration.
