in the server messages, I see the setting for a web hook, and I was going to try to capture it in GHL, I just tested and the transfer is working perfectly, I guess I should've tried that so thanks for the heads up, I really need these call transcripts to show up and folks is CRM so that's why I'm trying to capture and added to notes.
