My Integrations aren't saving on the dashboard

I'm putting in my API key and such to use my Azure Open AI credits and its in there. However, when I refresh the page my connection disappears. This is extremely frustrating, I have free credits to use in Azure and I'm spending my own money right now. I need to understand why this isn't working and why it's not connecting. @Sahil @Shubham Bajaj See screenshots: It says I'm connected, then I refresh and the connection is gone. Its the same for my Azure Open AI connection for Voice as well. This is also happening with my google sheets connection and google calendar connection - I know you guys are working on this problem already. Is integration with everything not working right now? Needs this to be fixed as soon as possible I'm wasting hundreds of dollars a week when this isn't connected. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1422693920780980265/1422693921795866800/Screenshot_2025-09-30_at_4.14.03_PM.png?ex=68dd9a77&is=68dc48f7&hm=56278f8747e0fa8358cb96d0781622f9b960b31d5b3b3a7b47a590092ff44643& https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1422693920780980265/1422693922563428372/Screenshot_2025-09-30_at_4.15.17_PM.png?ex=68dd9a77&is=68dc48f7&hm=9247a304bbd0ed40a62b9cb0119d6335279087ba8b3fbdfd848d81a91a68b4ff&

Try this: After attempting to save your integration, open your browser's developer tools (press F12), go to the Console tab, and look for any error messages when you click "Save" or refresh the page. If you see errors, copy them and include them in your support request—this will help the team diagnose the issue faster. Tip: Also note your browser version and OS, and provide a screen recording if possible for the most effective troubleshooting. Hi Mason Doberstein, For any issues with the dashboard interface or functionality, such as saving updates or problems with views, ensure to include the following information for efficient troubleshooting: 1. Screen recording or screenshots showing the issue. 2. Browser info (Chrome, Firefox, Safari + version). 3. Operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux). 4. Steps to reproduce the issue. 5. Console errors, if any (use F12 for developer tools). 6. URL where the issue occurs. You can find more on creating effective reports in the [How to Report Issues Effectively](https://docs.vapi.ai/issue-reporting) guide. This helps ensure quick and accurate resolution.

1. Screen Recording Attached of Issue 2. Browser: Chrome Version 141.0.7390.66 (Official Build) (arm64) 3. mac OS 26.0 Apple M2 4. Go into vapi, add the info - api key etc to the Open AI Azure Integration, refresh the page - it should still be there but for me its not. 5. I not all the way sure but I'm pretty sure it said: 'content unavabilabe resource not cached' could be for something else though but it was in Vapi under Integrations so pretty sure. 6. https://dashboard.vapi.ai/settings/integrations https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1422693920780980265/1427376811246883047/Screen_Recording_2025-10-13_at_2.19.35_PM.mov?ex=68eea3bf&is=68ed523f&hm=9ff81cec27878e4a880b7e09997073f947b5d4c3c077b626b2c644d16ccbe069&

We see an
azure-openai
credential with region set to
eastus
gpt-4.1-2025-04-14
If you would like, we can delete that entry for you and you can re-enter your credentials

I mean if you see it there it should be fine and working correct?
Solved I think
