Actually now that I think about it, I think the latency for checking availability will actually be TOO QUICK now lol and sound very unnatural on the call, is there a way to actually add a small amount of latency (like 4-5 seconds) after calling the function to add a more natural pause once the agent tells the caller it’s checking availability?
