In Vapi, the workflow and assistant settings are conflicting. You can’t select MiniMax’s voice in workflow. In assistant, the transcriber defaults to Gladia and the settings default to Solaria (all languages), which prevents transcription from working. So the root problem = Voice/transcriber mismatch transcription fails.
