All payment method is save buy I get an error saying "choose payment method"... How can this be fixed?

Email support with your account email, organization ID, a detailed description of the issue, and the screenshot. This will help the support team quickly investigate and resolve your payment issue. Use this link to purchase credits, upgrade your plan, and edit your payment details --> Once you enter your payment information, be sure to click the checkmark to save your payment method. You will know if your payment is saved when your information is hidden by dots and you receive a notification that states

payment information saved

. After you save your payment method, you will be able to purchase credits. I have attached some screenshots for clarity and if you need additional support please let us know.

I have this exact same issue. Every card i add gets an error saying that the credentials are wrong, even if I can use the cards everywhere else
