This worked, thanks so much for this advice. I have one more question related to {{call.id}}. I don't see this listed in the table of default variables in the docs but I see it mentioned in a lot of support threads like it is a default variable also. Is it? I was able to get your advice to work for {{now}} and {{customer.number}} but not {{call.id}} Im aware that the tool call sends the call id in another place so its not necessary to include, but the API Request Tool does not do that, so I'm wondering how we would include a call id in a request made with the API Request Tool
