That's not true...  You can send everything together as custom variables...

Oh brilliant.  I've built a great outbound workflow in Bland making batch calls, all personalised, but I've moved to VAPI for the Warm Transfer function which I think is great.  But was really disspointed to hear that I couldnt pass custom variables in a batch.

I actually think I've got it working now, I was under the impression I needed to use assistant overides to pass the fields, but I've switched back to customers and that seems to work.  I think I misinterpretted the API documentation
