I have followed the instructions you provided here https://vapi.ai/blog/vapi-sms-launch-twilio Integrated our Twilio phone number via VAPI. Our twilio phone number is registered for A2P We created the SendTextTool. Our assistant is linked to the Send Text tool It is included in the system prompt. We are able to send SMS messages from the assistant but none of the responses are getting back to VAPI. In our Tests Twilio is receiving the SMS message. I temporarily changed Twilio webhook when a message received from your api to this test Webhook and it appears to be sending data from Twilio fine. https://webhook.site/ It seems to me that either Twilio is not sending the correct structure to VAPI or something is failing on your end. Would you be able to give me an update on what is going on?

I am not receiving any errors on VAPI logs.

Check geo-permissions to check if your countries address is considered high or low risk number..

Looks like allow traffic is enabled for all countries for our account.

I am kinda occupied with some projects at the moment but i would be sending you a youtube link to watch and try solving the issue.

Sorry for the delay. I originally did work off of this video and followed the steps. I watched it again this morning to verify I didn't miss anything. I am able to send outbound texts from VAPI, just the first message only though. As soon as I try to respond to the text the message doesn't seem to deliver back into VAPI. It is getting stuck somewhere between Twilio and VAPI.

Alright so if am getting it right, are you saying a part of the issue completely went solved..

We have run some tests and are looking into this issue. Will provide an update once we have one
