I hate when my questions are not answered by anyone, I feel so helpless. I am wondering how can we make this experience better. I know they are drowning in sea of issues. I am thinking better communication can help a lot. 1. Consistent office hour - if it is not going to happen, communicate and find another time or do Q/A via chat. 2. Release notes for each update and let us know when the updates occurs. If there is any outage, put in the outage channel. 3. Publish known issues (via AI chat) so that we know if a problem is an existing issue or not 4. Community to support Vapi users by some of the more experienced users answering 3 questions per day.
