externalId. Can anyone help? I'm initiating calls from my CRM and sending the customer ID from the CRM in the {{externalId}} field. Then when I have an update in the call a tool is supposed to post the update to our CRM using the externalId. So for example: "ID":"2739503", but instead everytime its posting "ID":"{{externalId}}.
