# Answer There are barely visible check mark buttons right beside the email and card number fields. you need to click them to "lock in" your info. Otherwise it won't accept your payment info in the backend, even though the front end looks good, accepted, and saved.

Use this link to purchase credits, upgrade your plan, and edit your payment details --> Once you enter your payment information, be sure to click the checkmark to save your payment method. You will know if your payment is saved when your information is hidden by dots and you receive a notification that states

payment information saved
