I've reached out to both Hume and 11Labs and they both said this is a Vapi issue. I've made custom voices on both Hume and 11Labs and neither of them work when I add them into Vapi. I figured out they do work because I went onto Retell AI and they worked on their. The problem is within Vapi. I need to be able to use these custom voices for my assistants. To resolve the "Couldn't Find 11labs Voice" error, make sure you have entered your ElevenLabs API key in Vapi's Provider Key section and saved it to sync your custom voices. Here's how:

1. Get your API key from ElevenLabs ('Profile + Keys' section).
2. Go to Vapi dashboard → Provider Keys → Enter your ElevenLabs API key.
3. Click 'Save'—your custom voices should now appear in the "voices" tab.

If the voice still doesn't appear, double-check that the voice ID exists in your ElevenLabs account and that your API subscription is active.
