Thank you for sharing the assistant ID and call ID. To help us investigate further, could you let us know if you saw any specific error message or code when "something went wrong" appeared, or was it just a generic message? This will help us pinpoint the issue more quickly. Source: - [How to Report Issues Effectively](https://docs.vapi.ai/issue-reporting)

Hi Sachin Jaiswal, If your assistant is unexpectedly stopping during a conversation, please check the
endedReason
in your [call logs](https://dashboard.vapi.ai/calls). This can help identify if the issue is related to assistant logic, connectivity, or configuration errors. For example, if it ends with
silence-timed-out
, the call was terminated due to prolonged silence. To investigate, consider the following steps: 1. **Review Call and API Logs**: Navigate to
Observe > Call Logs
and
Observe > API Logs
in your dashboard to check call details and any related API errors. 2. **Check Debugging Resources**: Utilize the [dashboard testing features](https://docs.vapi.ai/debugging) like running automated tests, testing individual tools, and monitoring webhook logs. 3. **Verify Assistant Configuration**: Ensure that all necessary configurations and settings, like assistant ID and tool integrations, are correctly set up. For detailed analysis, you can refer to this [guide on call ended reasons](https://docs.vapi.ai/calls/call-ended-reason) and [troubleshooting common issues](https://docs.vapi.ai/debugging). If you need further assistance, providing the
Call ID
and a description of the expected vs. actual behavior can help in diagnosing the issue more effectively.

Check these call ids 0199fff6-7131-788b-9ad9-262d756b010a 0199fff3-626c-777d-a79f-fc495c30d08f 0199fff6-7131-788b-9ad9-262d756b010a
@aniah I have provided the call ids Some times call gets automatically disconnected and some time something went wrong and even I am keeps on says hello or are you there it's not responding

Hi Sachin, Since you're using a web call to talk with your assistants, please make sure your browser has audio permissions enabled for your microphone and that it’s allowed to use it with Vapi. Sometimes restarting your browser can also help resolve this type of issue. For two of the three call IDs you provided, we’re seeing this error:
"endedReason": "call.in-progress.error-assistant-did-not-receive-customer-audio"
This is indicating that the assistant did not hear the user, so it ends the call. For the other call ID, it’s a rare case where the worker process unexpectedly stopped. This shouldn’t happen again, but if it does, please let us know right away so we can investigate further.
s
Okay Kyle I will try to recreate the issue
In the the call showing this reason "endedReason": "call.in-progress.error-assistant-did-not-receive-customer-audio" Call was run for a while but I keeps on giving input it stopped responding
c
Could you please provide the newest call id? We can check the logs to verify if any audio was heard from the assistant side
