First, I'd use the Custom Tool rather than the API Request tool. API requests are better for simple access to an API endpoint from a SaaS platform. Custom Tools fit better with Make due to the richer parameter passing and return payload. We (Make) recently added new functionality to the Vapi app in Make to provide a much easier route for creating new Tools for Vapi.
