it either says that the payment method is invalid, in a red box at the bottom, or that there is no payment method even though it is filled out. i've tried toggling the auto top up thing, and saving but, i get the error again.

Use this link to purchase credits, upgrade your plan, and edit your payment details --> Once you enter your payment information, be sure to click the checkmark to save your payment method. You will know if your payment is saved when your information is hidden by dots and you receive a notification that states

. After you save your payment method, you will be able to purchase credits.
