Hey everyone! My models were working fine but suddenly started facing issues with Tool calls in one of the agent. It always says "No result returned. If this is unexpected, see troubleshooting tips at https://docs.vapi.ai/tools/custom-tools-troubleshooting#no-result-returned-error" While on the other hand when I try to see the webhook logs it shows me response code: 200 and response body: { "success": true, "data": [ { "id": 2, "name": "M" }, { "id": 1, "name": "O" } ], "count": 2, "timestamp": "2025-10-21 14:51:50" } My tools is not a async tool.
