It's a tool that lets you log all the conversations between users and voice agents, and use AI to dig into how those calls went. The goal is to actually understand what happened inside each conversation: what worked, what failed, why users dropped off, how they felt… basically, anything you’d want to learn from the content of the dialogue or the voice itself.
