I'm sure this is really simple, but I can't seem to get my assistant to reference the customers phone number. For example when the assistant books a callback with the customer, a tool creates a record on a google sheet, and also on a calendar with details. But it doesnt seem to work out the customers number. Ive created a structured output put the customernumber field always comes back blank
