If I sign BAA with vapi, does it cover Microsoft Azure OpenAI (LLM), ElevenLabs (TTS), and Deepgram (STT) when we use those exclusively? Wanna make sure we don’t need separate BAAs with them. 2. With a BAA, do we still need to route calls through Twilio, or can we grab phone numbers straight from Vapi? If vapi has got numbers, what’s the max per account for our per-clinic setup?
